Shipping & Returns
All in stock products purchased from our web store generally ship within 24 hours. Non stock items will be drop shipped from our suppliers and manufacturers. Most non stock items require manufacturing and delivery times of approximately two to three weeks from date of order. We ship are orders via USPS, Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx and, if required, via motor freight.
SPECIAL NOTE: Motor freight companies will not unload shipments to accounts who do not have a suitable commercial height receiving dock, nor will they unload large or heavy items to ground level. However advanced arrangements for curb side unloading can be made by facility personnel. For an additional charge and notification at the time of order, “Inside Delivery” can be requested. The specifics of this service, however, are governed by your local freight terminal.
The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight of the items and your location. In most cases, before the final checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have your option of not placing your order if you decide so. In some instances shipping will not be calculated at time of ordering due to weight, size and destination. We will call you with the shipping cost of these items before proceeding with your order.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We will ship select items to these addresses. Call 1-800-736-7941 with any questions.
We ship select items to all US Territories, Commonwealths and Possessions.
Currently we ship select items to the United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Any import taxes, VAT or any other destination taxes or fees are the responsibility of you the customer. We do not include these fees in our charges.
All authorized products must be returned within 30 days from shipment date.
Products cannot be returned for credit or refund unless accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Penn-Jersey X-Ray.
All items that are returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to as much as 50%, depending on the manufacturer’s policies. All protective apparel is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges in both directions.
All returns must be shipped in new condition in the original packaging with manuals and packaging materials in place.
Credit will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
No returns will be allowed for customized or personalized orders unless they are defective.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ask before ordering a product if it is custom made and not eligible for return.
Items exchanged for comparable products will not be charged restocking fees unless the manufacturer imposes restocking fees on exchanged goods.
A standard, non-customized order may be canceled at no cost to you as long as your order has not yet shipped. No changes or cancellations are accepted on same day or rush orders which the customer requested.
